How we handle your data
Your data never trains AI
Documents and figures are used only to analyse your case. We use AI and cloud providers only under terms that require confidentiality and prohibit training on your data.
Read only when you ask
Documents stay inside your project. The Analyst reads them on request and cites the source of every finding it uses.
Code names everywhere
Show a target under a code name on every screen, export and draft, so its name never travels further than it needs to.
Access by project
Only the people you add to a project, and the ValueAccel team delivering your work, can open it.
Deletion you can rely on
Delete documents or a whole project at any time. After an engagement we delete your materials within 30 days and confirm in writing.
Every number traceable
Each analysis is saved with the data version it used, so a case reopens exactly as your committee saw it.

Our analysts are part of how we scale. These rules apply to every one of them, on every engagement.
Under NDA before day one
Every analyst signs confidentiality terms at least as strict as the NDA we sign with you, before they see anything.
Need-to-know access
Analysts see only the projects they are assigned to, and lose access when the work ends.
No local copies
Data room files are worked on through your data room or the project, never kept on personal devices or accounts.
Remote, by design
All work is remote. You give data room access and one named contact; nothing else leaves your control.
Our NDA, signed before anything is shared
A mutual NDA written for deal work: it covers your data room, your identity as a bidder and the deal itself, and it commits us on AI.
